1. Who we are
Vowance sells personalized printed save-the-date cards, designed by you on vowance.com and printed and shipped within the United States. Contact: hello@vowance.com.
2. Your design and your approval
You design your card yourself: you choose a design, upload a photo, review the generated versions, and edit the text. The watermarked preview you see before checkout is the design you approve for printing. Please check names, dates, and spelling carefully; we print exactly what you approved.
3. Prices and offers
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout, including any active offer and volume discount. Shipping is $9.99 per order and free for orders of 100 or more cards. Promotional prices apply only while the offer is active.
4. Printing and delivery
Cards are printed on thick premium card stock with envelopes included, and shipped within the US. Typical delivery is 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
5. Reprint guarantee
If your printed cards arrive damaged or don't match your approved preview, we'll reprint them for free. Contact hello@vowance.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. This guarantee covers print quality and fidelity to your approved preview; it does not cover text you approved (for example a misspelled name) or color differences inherent to screens versus print within normal printing tolerances.
6. Personalized goods and cancellation
Because every order is personalized, production starts shortly after payment and orders cannot be cancelled or returned once printing has begun. If something is wrong with your order, the reprint guarantee above applies.
7. Your photo and content
You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you upload. Uploaded photos are used only to create your card, are never used for AI training or marketing, and are deleted from our servers within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Digital downloads
Digital files, where offered, are delivered after payment and are for your personal use (printing and sharing your own save-the-date). They may not be resold.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
